Requirement :
- Degree in pharmaceutical
- Min. 1 years of hands-on work experience in pharma manufacturing QC/QA environment or consultant in a consulting firm supporting onsite Quality Compliance
- Hands-on experience in creating, reviewing and executing QA and QC documents
- Able to identify risks, issues, challenges and escalate to ESS team for timely resolution
- Working experience in Quality Assurance
- Good knowledge of Indonesian GMPs
- Good analytical skills and reasoning ability
- Familiar with local and international guidelines (WHO, PIC/S, ICH, ASEAN
Jobdesc :
- Maintain tracker for complaint investigation, share investigation task to Contract Manufacturing Site (CMS), monitor complaint investigation report completion from CMS
- Maintain tracker for Change Control, share Change Control action item, monitor action item closure from CMS
- Maintain tracker for Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) for CMS, monitor APQR completion from CMS
- Maintain tracker for technical documents review for CMS, monitor feedback from internal multifunctional stakeholders
- Maintain tracker for technical documents used in CMS, do verification for the updated version of document
- Assist ESS QA Manager in technical documents review and follow up comments from multifunctional stakeholders
- Support to check document and compile data for technical documents assigned by ESS QA Manager
- Report any unusual events impacting safety, health and environmentWork under general supervision of ESS QA Manager to deliver all the tasks in timely manner
